The Augustus Project

Bridge to Academic and Social Excellence is an academic and social excellence program which builds community collaborations with the goal of strengthening middle school academic and social performance in challenging African-American communities. Project funding enables The Augustus Project to provide educational and life skill programming to increase the student’s performance in critical thinking, decision making and self-expression while simultaneously enhancing the student’s social skills. With the recent social justice/racial challenges in America, this program will also provide seminars on racial diversity and inclusion.
